The service
Voriqent provides assisted company and supplier research from user criteria and publicly accessible sources. Results may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect and are not a guarantee, certification, or substitute for independent due diligence.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account credentials and activity. Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, evade usage limits, or submit content you do not have the right to process.
Credits and billing
Research uses credits according to the displayed workflow. Paid plans and checkout are available only when configured. Any commercial terms presented at checkout should be reviewed before purchase; browser return parameters do not activate subscriptions or allocate credits.
Research outputs
You remain responsible for decisions based on outputs and for checking supporting sources. Availability and completeness depend on public sources and technology providers.
Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Capacity is intentionally limited, and no uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Voriqent is provided without implied guarantees beyond any terms expressly agreed in writing. The owner should obtain legal review of governing law, liability and commercial provisions before launch.
Ending use
You may stop using the service. Access may be restricted to protect users, the platform, or comply with law. Data handling after account closure is subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.
