Privacy Policy
This baseline policy explains at a high level how Voriqent handles information. It requires owner and legal review before commercial launch.

Information we handle
Voriqent may handle account and profile details, research briefs, research results and evidence, usage and credit records, billing identifiers and subscription state, contact enquiries, and essential security and operational logs.
How information is used
Information is used to provide authenticated research, store and display results, administer credits and billing, respond to enquiries, protect the service, diagnose faults and improve reliability.
Service providers
The service relies on infrastructure and technology providers, including Supabase for application data and authentication, Stripe for configured billing flows, and an AI provider for research processing. Their handling is governed by their respective terms and the configuration selected for deployment.
Research content
Research can use publicly accessible web material. Sources and excerpts may be retained with results so users can inspect provenance. Users should review sources and avoid submitting confidential or sensitive information in research briefs.
Retention and security
Records are retained as needed to operate the product and meet legitimate operational requirements. Access controls and server-side boundaries are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about your personal information or account. Applicable rights depend on your location and circumstances.
